The Ghillies Hut is set in our sheep field, in an area of outstanding natural beauty overlooking our Fly Fishery and Farm with amazing views across the valley to St. Mildred’s Church in Tenterden.
It has a king-size bed, and two comfortable whicker chairs to enjoy the view from inside. Tea/coffee facilities. Nest of tables.
During your stay you will also have the full use of The Fishery Lodge with a kitchen, 2 ring hob, WC/shower and lakeside balcony. The lodge is only a short walk from the hut.
The space
Outside The Ghillies Hut there is the perfect spot for enjoying a BBQ (provided), listening to the sounds of the countryside and taking in the beautiful view and watching the evening rise on the lake. As the evening draws in, the fire pit can be lit to keep you warm. Our friendly Romney Sheep who graze in our fields, will probably pop by.
Guest access
Guests have access to our farm and the surroundings including the Fishery Lodge. Parking facilities are available, close to the hut.
