Docker Bakery in Ashford opened its doors in October.
The move sees the acclaimed Kent-based business, famous for its plant-based sourdough breads, pastries, and seasonal delights, expand from its Folkestone Harbour Arm origins to one of Kent’s most rapidly developing towns.

Their exclusively plant-based menu, featuring sourdough, sweet and savoury pastries, and a range of seasonal treats, has garnered widespread community support, fuelling the company’s growth across Kent.
Coffee enthusiasts can enjoy specialty brews served in collaboration with Margate’s Curve Coffee Roasters, renowned for their small-batch roasting expertise.
