By entering this competition you agree to the terms and conditions:

2. Ashford Borough Council, The Big Cat Sanctuary and Ashford Designer Outlet employees are not permitted to enter.
3. Prizes are the sole responsibility of the business to fulfil and not Experience Ashford & Tenterden.
4. The Big Cat Sanctuary voucher is valid for week-day bookings only.
5. The big cat experience is available to individuals aged 14 years and over. Only participants aged 16 years and over may hand-feed a big cat. Individuals aged 14–15 years will be classed as guests and may not hand-feed.
6. For big cat experience closed toe footwear is mandatory, guests without appropriate footwear will not be permitted to participate.
7. For big cat experience scarves, ties, and loose clothing must not be worn in stand-off areas. Long hair must be tied back when entering stand-off areas.
8. For Ashford Designer Outlet prize - Gift Cards expire and cannot be used 12 months after the date of activation. Please note that all Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be used for Virtual Shopping. The gift card is accepted at all stores at the Ashford Designer Outlet with the exception of Castore and Yo Sushi!
